New Year's Day - Swain Chili Party - January, 2009
 

Thanks much to Barb G. for organizing this annual event and to her helpers Marj G., Georgie & Terry S., Sue E., Joy S., Bill & Bev M., and several others!  A special thanks to our chefs - Ralph P. and Larry S. who for years have not only made, but donated the delicious chili (beef and venison) many of us have enjoyed.  And I think everyone appreciated the wonderful variety of snacks and desserts that members brought (I know I  had my share of scrumptious cookies!).  To the right - Ralph checks on his chili - ummm - looking good.
Besides skiing		it was a good day for snacking
While folks were already enjoying Larry's delicious chili, he was busy patrolling.	But everyone gets a lunch break!
	A cold and sunny day - a good way to start the 2009 ski season !
